A graduate in accounting expertise, Mohamed Meftah has always had a true passion for entrepreneurship.
In 2008, he realized this ambition by founding Neklan, a company operating in the field that has always captivated him: VDI.
His education has given him a solid analytical and financial foundation, skills he has brilliantly applied to the growth and success of NEKLAN.
As the founder, he has infused the company with a strategic vision, combining financial expertise with a deep understanding of the VDI sector.

DAVID FOINET
General Manager NEKLAN Group
With a dual degree in Network Administrator and a Master’s in Commerce from ISD Rouen, David Foinet has accumulated 20 years of experience in the “Cabling & DC” field.
For over 15 years, he has played a major role in the NEKLAN company, evolving with passion to take over its direction almost 10 years ago.
Attached and guided by respect, a sense of work, customer service, responsiveness, and availability, David Foinet adopts a professionally oriented approach based on these values.
His in-depth knowledge of the market makes him a respected figure in the industry.
Always seeking innovative ideas for the implementation of new projects, David Foinet played a driving role in accelerating NEKLAN’s development in the Data Center sector through his expertise.
ARNAUD PESY
Data Center and Major Projects Director
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieur en Electronique et Electrotechnique ESIEE Amiens, Arnaud Pesy successively held the positions of Applications Engineer, Project Manager and Key Account Manager before joining NEKLAN in 2023, as DATA CENTER and Major Projects Director.
With a wealth of experience in the Energy and Industry sectors, Arnaud Pesy has solid expertise in the solution and deployment of critical infrastructure projects.
His in-depth knowledge of sensitive buildings and his market makes him a major force for the development of NEKLAN in its Data Center activities.
